How to Start a Return

- Pack It Up: Ensure the bottle is securely sealed. While we don’t expect the bottle to be full, we cannot accept returns on completely empty containers.
- Ship It Back: Once our team approves your request via email, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Refunds & Processing
- Refund Method: Credits will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Damaged Items: If your serum arrives leaked or broken, please email Info@mytrendyblends.com immediately with a photo so we can send a replacement out to you right away.
